Dundasvale Common Area Works

Description – MPC Coatings Ltd were delighted to have worked in partnership with Procast Building Contractors and Queens Cross Housing Association. We carried out decoration works to all landings in three, twenty-four storey tower blocks including fire retardant coatings.

Description – MPC Coatings Ltd was appointed as the contractor for the Ames Taping and decoration to 50 2 bedroom luxury flats in East Kilbride for leading house builder Tulloch Homes.

Glasgow Airport Air Cargo
Term – Dec 2018 – Jan 2019
Description – MPC Coatings Ltd carried out works to a large Aircargo warehouse at Glasgow airport. Works involved Airless spraying to over 2000m2 of wall areas and decoration to all office space.

Coco Cola Factory East Kilbride
Term – Sept 2018 – Live
Description – MPC Coatings Ltd have been carrying out all aspects of painting and decorating through a period of time. Works including Ames taping and painting to a newly formed ten-metre-high switch room to the application of specialist hygiene coatings to steelwork in a newly formed production zone within the factory.

East Renfrewshire external upgrades
Term – April 2017 – April 2019
Description – MPC Coatings Ltd are delighted to be continuously working in partnership with main contractor Procast Building Contractors Ltd in approving the external facade of local authority housing stock. Works include maintenance works from common areas to specialist coatings to exterior facades.

Fosters Funeral Directors
Term – July 2018 – Live
Description – MPC Coatings Ltd have been successful in the delivery of ames taping and decoration to one of Scotland’s leading funeral directors. Parlours have been completed in Greenock, Glasgow, Kilmarnock, Bellshill, Stirling, Cumbernauld with many more currently being worked on and more to commence.
